Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of LicenseLoopr, operated by MLJ, 60 rue Francois Ier, 75008 Paris, France. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

LicenseLoopr provides professional license renewal deadline tracking. We work to keep the service available and reliable, and we may improve or adjust features over time to make it better.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on your first payment. Prices are shown in United States dollars.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use LicenseLoopr lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt the service, access it without authorization, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the data you add to the service. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or entirely free of error.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MLJ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, consistent with the establishment of the publisher, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
